Ashford Fresh Beef Boxes


Our fresh beef boxes are available several times a year and and can be pre-ordered only.  We do a variety of boxes at prices to suit all budgets.  If you are interested, please sign up for our availability e-mail or contact us for further details.

Our beef comes from Belgian Blue and Simmental steers, which are either home bred or were born on a local Hampshire dairy and reared at Ashford Farm since about 1 week old.  The beef will have been slaughtered at an abattoir to meet all necessary meat and hygiene regulations, and will have been hung for 21 days to allow the flavour to fully develop.  

Our boxes range from our "bulk" stewing steak boxes, offering 3 kg for the price of 2 kg and priced at £18, up to our "ultimate" £150 box, with two roasting joints, fillet, sirloin and rump steaks, mince, braising and stewing steak and burgers.  We offer a multitude of variations in between and I am also happy to put together a particular combination if requested.
