Fresh Pork

Our pork is home bred, free range and comes from Middle White or Saddleback crosses.  Our pork is available as either a Whole Pig or Half Pig, Sausages, Gammons and Bacon.

Whole pig - £155.00

Comprising: leg (4 joints) and neck end (4 joints), belly pieces, loin chops and sausages (Pork and Apple or Old English).  Due to the fact they are free ranging we do not know the exact weights until the meat is cut up but would anticipate a whole pig weighing (excluding sausage weight) between 30 - 35 kg.

A Half Pig - £80.00

Comprising: leg (2 joints) and neck end (2 joints), belly pieces, loin chops and sausages (Pork and Apple or Old English).  Due to the fact they are free ranging we do not know the exact weights until the meat is cut up.

Sausages - £5 per pack of six

Pork and Apple or Old English Sausages available when pork is available.

Bacon pigs are older and have gained some more weight making them suitable for Bacon, Gammons and Hams.

Bacon, Gammons and Hams

This pork again will come from our own home-bred, free range Middle White or Saddleback crosses and will be smoked/cured by the abattoir.

Back bacon will be £15.95 per kg

Streaky bacon at £11.96 per kg

Smoked gammon joints at £11.99 per kg (uncooked)
